A shady bridle path neighboring a large pond made of two adjacent streches of water and adorned with a verdant islet accessible by two little bridges. The pond is safely enclosed and fenced and its water supply comes from a river near the estate.

A rectangular building located at the entrance of the estate was erected during the first half of the 19th century. It has four garages with finished attics on the second floor.
