Statement of Purpose:

It is the mission of this museum to promote art in education and to display the many mediums of art created by Arizona's exciting emerging artists.

Highlights:

Not only is Shemer one of the City's "Poins-of Pride", it is also a preserved historical site which lends to it's unique and charming atmosphere. It is nestled at the foot of Camelback Mountain so attending quality programs such as classes for all ages, lectures, and artists' receptions are always a delightful experience.

At Shemer you will always find interesting, quality, fine art that is appropriate for the whole family to enjoy. Classes are offered to students of all ages and abilities!

If your visiting Arizona, this is a stop that you'll be happy you made!
