The northern side of the main building open on a section of the park with a 27 foot (9m) diameter swimming pool which is 8 foot (2.5m) deep.
The pool has its own system to filter and recycle the water.
A stable composed of six stalls is topped by a hayloft next to a saddle room (with electricity and running water); a garage for horse trailers.
In the center of the photo, on can see henhouses and hutches next to a vegetable garden.
