The "FRONT NINE" is composed of nine, signed and numbered, limited edition collectors' prints featuring the best looking GOLF COURSES of IRELAND.
Each site was selected by the great Christy O'Connor, Jr. and painted by Ireland's premier contemporary painter: John McNulty. They are all signed and numbered by the artist in an edition of 450.

On the occasion, a set of the "Front Nine" prints was donated to Mr. Reynolds.
Born in Dublin. John studied at the National College of Art & Design in Dublin and at the Etching Centre in Geneva.
Exploring through his paintings and etchings the three main themes of Sporting images, Landscape and Seascape. John has worked in studios in Switzerland, the U.S.A. and Ireland, and has exhibited internationally at Art Fairsin Basle, Tokyo, New York and Brisbane.

In a career that has seen him play more than 1500 rounds of Tournament golf across the world, Christy O. Connor Jnr has notched up many notable achievements - Winner of the Carrolls Irish Open, the Martini International, the Kenyan Open, and the Dunhill British Masters Championship.
Twice joint 3rd in the British Open, he holds the course record at Royal St. George's, Sandwich, previously held by the immortal Henry Cotton.
Chosen for the Ryder Cup team twice and the World Cup team three times, Christy has more recently applied his skill and experience to course design. With new layouts created at Galway, Cork, Glasson, Rosslare and Fota Island, he has now established himself as a leading course architect in Ireland and abroad.
All the prints have the following measurements: Image size: 16" x 23 1/2" (40,64 x 59,69 cm). Paper size: 20" X 27 1/2". (50,80 x 69,85 cm). They were all printed in Ireland on 250g Huntsman Velvet Archival Paper, and were all signed in the plate by Christy O'Connor, Jr. They were all then signed and numbered by the artist John McNulty. Edition size is 450. All prints are shipped unframed, rolled in tubes.

'Ballybunion, Old Course' $125.00

Once
described by the legendary Tom Watson as . the best in the world. ,
the Old Course at Ballybunion consistently ranks as one of golf.
s top ten courses. Meandering through massive dunes on the shores
of the Atlantic, this glorious par 71, 6542 yard links features a graveyard
by the first tee a suitable warning to those who might be tempted to
underestimate the breath-taking task ahead. In this view, the 11th fairway
stretches away beyond the 10th green.

'The K Club, Straffan' $125.00

. Arnold. s Pick. , a challenging par 5 in this magnificent Arnold
Palmer - designed course. Set in the rolling parklands of the Kildare Hotel
and Country Club, the course is a relatively recent addition to Ireland.
s growing list of world-class golf facilities. The K Club is
surely a future venue for the Irish Open. The 13th is a hole to respect,
demanding an accurate drive, a long second shot for position and a challenging
third shot to a raised green.

'Royal Dublin' $125.00

. Dolly. , a par 4 test of skill on this island course in
Dublin Bay. This elevated view reveals the clubhouse in the distance
behind the green. A wild and naturally beautiful place, the Club is only
4 miles from the city centre, yet remarkably isolated from the noise and
bustle of the capital. Both Seve Ballesteros and Bernhard Langer have won
Irish Open Championships here - the latter setting a new course record in
1984 with a memorable 64.

'Mount Juliet' $125.00
The 11th at Mount Juliet
A testing par 3 in this Jack Nicklaus - designed course that offers
every conceivable challenge and reward. An inspired creation in the tradition
of the great courses of the world, Mount Juliet places a premium on accuracy
from tee to green. Set in some 180 acres of parkland, the 7,100 yard championship
layout provides variety at every turn, a golfing paradise combining woods,
water and sand nestling among glorious fairways. Mount Juliet hosted
the Irish Open in 1993 and 1994.

'Connemara, Ballyconneely' $125.00
The 15th at Ballyconneely
Connemara. s Atlantic coast is the spectacular setting for this
Eddie Hackett-designed course.
A relatively young Club, Ballyconneely already enjoys a reputation among
big hitters and, with the natural scenic beauty proving a frequent distraction,
the par 72 is rarely matched. Typical of this championship course, the testing
5th demands an accurate approach to a green set high in the rolling
hillside.

'Killarney, Killeen Course' $125.00

your approach shot on this par 4 hole and you. ll end up
in Killarney. s legendary waters. Even championship golfers have been
distracted by the breath-taking setting of this historic Club, with its dramatic
background of lakes and wooded mountains. A real test of golfing ability,
Killarney has been a Mecca for top players for generations. Killarney hosted
the Irish Open in 1991 and 1992. It is undeniably one of the great inland
courses in the world.

'Royal Portrush, Dunluce Course' $125.00
The 5th at Royal Portrush
. White Rocks. , a par 4 challenge that takes you 384 yards
to the very edge of the sea.
Home to the first professional tournament in Ireland in 1895, Royal Portrush
also hosted the British Open in 1951, won by the legendary Max Faulkner.
With the distraction of the majestic Giants Causeway and the rolling hills
of Donegal in the distance, a cautious approach to the 5th is
recommended!

'Portmarnock' $125.00
The 4th at Portmarnock
A hole that demands accurate driving if you. re to get a clear
line to the green on this world-famous links course.
Portmarnock has twice hosted the Dunlop Masters and, in 1960, was the setting
for the Canada Cup (now the World Cup) won for the U.S.A. by Sam Snead and
Arnold Palmer. The Club has also been a regular venue for the Carrolls Irish
Open Championship since its revival in 1975.
Recently, John McNulty was interviewed by Chicago
IRISH AMERICA CABLE TV station. A video tape (VHS only) of the interview, plus a
