Highlights & Collections
The Sciencenter is a hands-on
science museum for people of all ages with more than 200 exhibits,
educational programs, an outdoor science park, a Curiosity Corner for
toddlers and preschoolers, an animal room, a seasonal 18-hole
science-themed miniature golf course and a gift shop.
Meet live sea stars, urchins
and hermit crabs during touch tank hours (see web site or call for
details), experiment with science discovery kits, visit planets and
stars, see the constellations in our local night sky with the “Mars and
Stars” exhibition, and connect with your inner artist at the
Reinvention Station. Journey through the solar system on the Sagan
Planet Walk with a free audio tour featuring Bill Nye, The Science Guy.
